Eleete Spring Sales Stats

Greetings~

Have we seen a spring like this before? I sure haven't! Am I talking about weather or our real estate market?? I'd have to say both! We had the most amazing first ever Eleete Ski Trip to Mt Hood Meadows. There was a good group of us who went, both skiers and snowboarders. The snow hasn't been this much fun in a long time! We were in powder up to my knees, a gorgeous April day at the mountain! My kids would call it, "Epic!". We counted our blessings many times that day. Thanks Eleete!

On the flip side, our market hasn't been light and powdery. It's been challenging to navigate for buyers and unpredictable for everyone. No magic crystal ball here unfortunately! What we do have are great stats that my office has been tracking. Starting from the end of March to current, here is what we are seeing. I find this very helpful to watch.
